Cutest lil pumpkin in the patch :)

Would of course be Miss Gia :) We went last weekend to a farm in Montville with Mimi, and my sister and brother in law and their 2 boys. It was so fun! We carried G around in a baby bjorn and she seemed to like it. It was a very bright and sunny day so we tried to keep the sun out of her eyes. It was a nice day spent with the fam and we ended it with some sushi and cake for Mimi's birthday!

Last Sunday, October 3rd, we had Gia's Baptism! It was a beautiful fall day and turned out to be such a fun time with friends and family. Lynn (John's sister) came over before the church and took some pics. She is great with the camera and now with editing so I took advantage of her photo skills :) After the church we had a party at Trovato's with lots of yummy food and wine lol. Such a fun day!

Gia rolled over!

I was playing with Gia today on her mat and she has been SO close for weeks to rolling over. I went to take a picture of her and realized she was really into my iPhone case (it has lots of colors) so I used it to keep her attention and try to roll over to get it! I captured it on video, I am super proud of myself :)

I took these pics yesterday while Gia was playing on her playmat and getting in some tummy time. She is getting so strong and can lift her head so well. Her face is so stinkin cute when she's on her belly, I just had to take pics!

Everyday when I wake up and go get Gia out of her crib, I am greeted by the happiest little face, she is so cute I can't take it! This past month has seriously flown by and I can't believe she is going to be 3 months old in a week. She is getting so big and learning so many new things. She can sit up in her bumbo, she swats at her toys, she is lifting her head up all the way when on her tummy and she is SO close to rolling over! Every day is something new and I love watching her grow. Nothing crazy has been going on lately, just enjoying our weekends just hanging together as a family. It's nice to spend time all together :)

2 Months!

so my little miss gia is 2 months old! we went to the doctor today and she is so big, 12 pounds and 22.5 inches! so she has basically doubled her weight since she was born. the doctor said she was so strong and we need to keep an eye on her from now on so she doesn't roll somewhere, lol. the worst part was when she had to get her shots, poor baby! she was so upset for a few hours but now she is back to her happy smiling self. here are some pics of her in her monthly spot with her doggy stuffed animal.
