11 Months!

what. the. heck.

where did my baby go? because i now have a little girl on my hands. i love it though, her personality is the BEST. she is funny, social and just loves to laugh and have fun. every day gets better and i feel like the luckiest person because she is my little buddy and i get to spend every single day with her adorable self :)

here is what she has been up to!
-stands up and is ALMOST walking
-has 8 teeth now, 4 on top and 4 on bottom.
-eats basically everything but her most fave food is bananas. i swear she is a monkey.
-has grown attached to her favorite minnie doll but also loves all her stuffed animals. she screams and runs to them and hugs them when she sees them (and i melt bc its stinking cute)
-says 'hi' and waves
-says 'da' for doggie
-dances on her knees
-knows how to play (start) her toys and can entertain herself

i am prob missing so many things but she is learning so much every day!

family vacay part 2

after the first day on the beach we decided to head down to the boardwalk where they had rides. they had a ton and some lil kid rides. i was like ooh lets go on one with gia. so one i went on with her, it looked like it only went in a circle, WRONG lol it went up and down and kind of fast. i was holding onto g for dear life in these pics. i think she was confused, like mom what the heck are we doing on here?!?!?! LOL

 then we saw the carousel, i thought, oh perfect! so john got on with her and she was all excited.... tillll it started moving and i swear it was going like 30 mph. i do not know wtf kind of carousel this was but it was scary! i made them stop it!!!

 total ride fail, parents of the year right here!

the next day we had perfect weather once again! we went to the beach and the pool. gia took a nice nap so i even got to relax and read and get some sun!

we had a great time, had perfect weather and it was so nice to get away for a few days :)

first family vacation! (part 1)

the first weekend in june we took our first family vacay down to ocean city, maryland. it was the perfect distance for a nice lil getaway and i couldn't wait to get gia on the sand and to see the ocean. she is so inquisitive and into EVERYTHING nowadays and i love watching her face as she experiences new things. our hotel was great and i think we will def be heading back...
here we are the first afternoon, we had a great balcony and gia was checking out the people at the pool.

 the next day we woke up and took a nice walk, got some breakfast then headed back to get ready for the beach. the weather was seriously PERFECT. it was 70's and breezy and just amazing beach weather. we took her down in the stroller so she would have somewhere to nap. she was a little afraid of the sand at first but then she was all about it. so much fun watching her!
