busy little saturday :)

This past Saturday we had a super fun day lined up! We had plans to go meet Liz and Mya at a fun place called Sweet and Sassy for the girls to get a little hair and nail action done. Since we were going to be headed down to New Brunswick I figured we could make a morning out of it and stop to see mom.  Poopa had bunny ears for Gia and she loved them.

We had another pair and put them on mom, i tried to get a picture but it was hard to have her look. I know Gia knows something is wrong with her, she even asked me. But she still loves her and gives her pictures kisses all the time. At least she gets to see her and spend time with her in a nice place like Parker so I have to treaure the time we have even if it isn't what I had thought it might be...

After we visited mom, we stopped at our friend Billy's house. He hatches baby chicks every year and this year I knew I had to take Gia as she is obsessed with all things animals...

They were adorable and Gia was seriously in love!!!

She was not afraid to pet them at all!

After visiting with the chicks it was time to head on over to sweet n sassy! Gia was so excited for Mya to get there and they started with their hair...

She got a half up do and some curls...

I was surprised how well she sat still!

Mya is an old pro :) She has long hair and got an updo, so cute!

After hair and makeup they got their crowns and headed over for little manicures. Gia was dead set on blue...

awww we had so much fun with you girls :) after we had lunch and then some coffee for the mommys and smoothies for the girls! we have to do stuff like this more often. Love you guys!!!
