Happy Birthday Aunt Linda!

This past weekend we celebrated my Aunt Linda's 50th Birthday! My other Aunt Karen (Linda's sister) planned the whole thing at the bowling alley where she works in the restaurant attached. It is kind of a far drive so I went alone, Gia would have been a terror and John was feeling like crap. I was excited to hang with my family and to bowl! I love bowling and never go and I had so much fun! I hate that my family lives so far away because we always have a great time together. I tried to put my new photography skills to use and take a few good pics of the evening...

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving was smaller than usual this year, which was nice. We had a great time with John's mom and his sister Lynn and her family. I love that Gia is a little older now and can actually play and have fun with her cousins, even though they are 5 and 7. She was running around and having so much fun with them. I took a few pics before I stuffed my face and then couldn't move the rest of the day LOL.

I look awful in this pic but we never have any together :(

I didn't get any family pics, I need to work on that at Christmas!

'Pre'- Thanksgiving

This year, my brother and his fiance would be up in Rochester for Thanksgiving so I decided to have everyone over the Sunday before for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner. I wanted them to spend some time with Gia because we will be apart on Christmas too :(
Gia LOVED Chelsea, could not get enough. Maybe it is the blonde hair that made her feel comfortable ;) I made my first turkey and it really came out great. I was nervous but it was pretty easy! We didn't go crazy just made a few yummy things and it was perfect. It was really fun and a great way to get together even if we can't on the actual holiday!
My little girl, love her eyes...

So much fun with the fam :)

welcome rocco and vincenzo!

On November 4th my friend becky gave birth to her twin boys, Rocco and Vincenzo! I went to go and visit them in the hospital, and I could not believe how little they were. even though they were actually HUGE for twins! gia was just as small almost, it is crazy to think how fast they grow :(
Becky also has a daughter Gianna who is turning 2 this month so she has her hands full! It will be a lot of fun the next few years having the girls, and soon the boys(!!!), hanging out for playdates. Although I am pretty sure me and becky won't be getting many convos in, it's ok, we will just have to make as many sushi and wine dates as our husbands will allow LOL.
Here is Rocco, sound asleep :)

And Vincenzo, ahhh I love little newborns :)
 Big yawn!
SO CUTE! Congrats Becky and Rocco, they are prefect :)
